- All products, images, designs, and content are owned by ZARYN JEWELS and protected under intellectual property laws.
- Product images and colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or device display.
- Orders are subject to acceptance, and payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
- We deliver across India; delivery timelines may vary due to location or courier delays.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged products within 7 days of delivery, with a mandatory full unboxing video showing the product from opening the sealed package to the end. Requests without this video will be declined.
- Products damaged after delivery or by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Approved returns must be in original condition with all packaging, boxes, and accessories.
- Processing of alternate products may take up to 3 business days. Refunds are only provided if an alternate product is unavailable. Complaints must be sent via our customer care email.
- Users must not misuse the website, provide false information, or violate any laws.
- ZARYN JEWELS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
