Refund policy
At our online jewellery store, we do not offer general exchanges or refunds. However, in the rare case of a damaged product, a return or exchange request may be considered only if reported within 7 days of receiving the product. To qualify, a complete unboxing video—showing the package being opened from the seal to the final reveal without any edits, cuts, or filters—must be shared with our customer care team at the provided email address. Requests without this full video proof, or for damage caused by the customer, will be immediately declined. If the return is approved, the product must be in its original condition, accompanied by all original packaging. Once the returned product is received, please allow 3 business days for an exchange with an alternate item. Refunds will only be provided if an alternate product is unavailable. This policy ensures that our customers receive products in perfect condition while maintaining the highest standards of trust, transparency, and quality.
